How does LocalCarWasher.com work?
We provide a full-service solution for your car washing needs. Simply fill out our booking form with your details and preferred pick-up time. Our professional team will pick up your car, take it to our trusted washing facility, clean it based on your selected package, and then deliver it back to you.
What areas do you serve?
Currently, we serve the Mountain View and Los Altos areas in California.
What services do you offer?
We offer three packages: Basic Wash, Deluxe Wash, and Full Detail. You can find more information about what each package includes and the pricing on our website.
How long does the service take?
The length of service depends on the package selected. However, our aim is to return your vehicle to you on the same day. Usually it is in the following 1 or 2 hours depending on the car washing facilities busyness.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We carry commercial auto insurance that covers any potential damages while your vehicle is in our possession.
What happens if there is an accident or damage to my car?
In the unlikely event that an accident occurs while your car is in our care, we will immediately notify you and our insurance provider. Our insurance coverage will handle any necessary repair costs.
Who will be driving my car?
Only our trained, vetted, and insured staff will be handling and driving your car. We have a rigorous hiring process that includes thorough background checks to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle.
How do I pay for the service?
After you fill out the booking form, we will contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment. We accept major credit cards.
What precautions do you take against COVID-19?
We adhere to all state and local guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our staff is equipped with masks and gloves and the car interior is disinfected before it's returned to you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
